We take our commitment to creating sustainable spaces and a healthy working environment seriously. These are our Principles:
That’s why all of our buildings have been carefully designed with a holistic approach to ensure we create spaces where our customers’ businesses can thrive and employees are happy and healthy where they work.
Net Zero Carbon
Tritax Symmetry (Ma6nitude JV partner) is a Gold Leaf Member of the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) and is now delivering new developments that meet UKGBC’s definition for Net Zero Carbon in construction. We also look forward to working with our customers to achieve Net Zero Carbon in operational use.
We recognise there is more demand for wellbeing amenities and areas where employees can relax and maximise the benefit of their break time. That’s why we aim to innovate and react to achieve placemaking goals that benefit our customers and employees in a more holistic way.
The WELL Building Standard empowers organisations to work towards providing spaces which prioritise health and wellness amongst the workforce. We’ve conducted a review of our own standard base specification against the WELL Standard factors. This means that any future occupiers will be able to tailor their workspace with wellness as a priority and ensures that they will be able to work towards WELL Accreditation if they wish to.
Our developments already provide jobs, investment, training and socio-economic growth opportunities for people in the area, but we want to do even more. We want to make a positive difference to the rest of the community. As part of our Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy, we have committed that we will establish a Community Benefit Fund (CBF) on the completion of each building which can be used by the local community for initiatives of their choosing.
